To provide you with the Prinker Service (or “Service”, both as defined in the Terms and Conditions), Prinker Korea (“Prinker Korea”, “we”, “us”, “our”) needs to collect some information about you, and this Privacy Policy is where we describe the information we collect, what we do with it, and how you can manage and control the use of your information.

(i) your name, nickname, email address, country of residence and payment method(s),
(ii) in the case where you are representing business enterprise, we collect the name of the business enterprise, address of business enterprise, and name of account manager, and email address of account manager.

We may also collect information you voluntarily add to your profile including your name and profile picture.

b) When you use Services we automatically collect certain information, including:
(i) information about your subscription,
(ii) your interactions with the Service, including with designs, image lists, and other users,
(iii) content you post, upload and/or contribute to the Service (as defined in the Terms and Conditions);
(iv) technical data, which may include the URL you are coming from, your IP address, unique device ID, network and computer performance, language and identifying information, transactional information enabling digital rights management, operating system, and Prinker firmware and application version; and
(v) location information.

c) When you sign up for a Subscription (as defined in the Terms and Conditions), or make other purchases through the Service, your credit card information and other financial data that we need to process your payment are collected and stored by third party payment processors. In addition, the third party payment processors generally provide us with some limited information related to you, such as a unique token that enables you to make additional purchases using the information they’ve stored, and your card’s type, and last four digits.

2. How do we use the information we collect?

We use information to provide, analyze, administer, enhance and personalize our services and marketing efforts, to process your registration, your orders and your payments, and to communicate with you on these and other topics.

For example we may use the information we collect, including your personal information, to:

3. How do we share the information we collect?

a) Finding you and sharing within the Service

The Service is a social service which offers many ways to find, enjoy, and share content, and we enable and encourage users to explore who else is using the Service and their public profiles. Most of your Prinker Korea information is or may be publicly available to others by default, such as your name and/or username, profile picture, Content you post, upload and/or contribute to the Service. We may use your public information to promote the Service and to help others find and follow you and/or your Prinker Korea profile content.

b) Service Providers and others

We may also use a tool called “Google Firebase Analytics” to collect information about the use of the Services. Google Firebase Analytics collects information such as how often users visit the Services, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other websites they used prior to coming to the Services. Google Firebase Analytics collects only the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit the Services, rather than your name or other identifying information. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Firebase Analytics with personally identifiable information.
